Armbright padded column protectors are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date. Our products are built for industrial environments and designed for repeated impacts when used correctly.

What’s not covered

• Misuse, abuse, or use outside intended conditions
  
• Incorrect or improper installation
  
• Normal wear and tear from everyday site operation
  
• Alterations, modifications, or use with non-approved accessories
  

If you believe a product has a warranty issue, contact us with:

• Your order details
  
• A couple of photos of the product and the issue
  
• A short description of the installation environment and what happened
  

We’ll review and respond promptly with next steps.
