Returns and Refunds

We keep returns simple and fair for trade buyers. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it quickly.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging

To start a return, email support@armbright.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return (helps us improve)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we’ll guide you through the fastest resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected. We’ll confirm by email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Used or damaged products
